General Hospital Spoilers 3/20/24: Is Chase Quitting?

It’s time for some big decisions in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL! Chase considers a major life change, Alexis consults with Molly, James sasses Tracy, Valentin offers Nina some advice, Anna and John have a candid conversation, and Sonny tries to help Natalia.

With Dante fighting for his life in the hospital after being shot on duty, Chase is having second thoughts about his career path. “Maybe I shouldn’t…” he stammers. Leaning in, Brook Lynn prompts: “Shouldn’t what?” Chase turns and looks at her. “Be a cop anymore,” he declares. Brook Lynn has already assured him she’s okay with the pressures of being a policeman’s wife, but can she convince him not to quit his job?

Now that Diane has decided to try and get her reinstated as an attorney, Alexis has law on the brain. So she’s happy to sit down with Molly at the cafe to talk shop. “So what defense would you recommend?” Alexis asks her daughter.

GH Nina Valentin — Will Nina listen to Valentin’s advice? ABC

Tracy has been able to handle the employees at Deception, but she may have met her match in James! “Are you going to help?” Maxie’s son asks her. “Or are you a bad boss?”

Despite all evidence to the contrary — including Sonny’s own feelings! — Nina remains convinced she can still salvage her marriage. However, Valentin tries to offer his ex a reality check. “Maybe your marriage isn’t worth fighting for in the first place?” he suggests.

After her revealing talk with Dex, Anna went over to John’s room at the Metro Court with a bottle so they could have a serious conversation. “I see Sonny very clearly now,” she declares. Has she switched sides?

Speaking of Sonny, he’s sitting down with Natalia at Charlie’s Pub to help her deal with Blaze and Kristina’s relationship. “You can’t act on information you don’t have,” he warns. Will she come around to accept her daughter’s sexuality?
