General Hospital Spoilers 2/22/23: The End of Ryan?

Brace for dramatic confrontations in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Scott stops by to see Liz, Finn tries to stop someone from making a big mistake, Felicia stays with Austin in the hospital, Taggert tells Portia how it is, Spencer panics, Laura and Kevin prepare to deliver Esme’s baby, and Ava threatens to kill Ryan! Will she go through with it?

Liz is surprised by a knock on the door late at night and opens it to see Scott standing on her doorstep. “We have unfinished business, wouldn’t you say?” he informs her. Is Liz still considering turning herself in for aiding and abetting Nikolas in his crimes even though she’s the only one who will pay for them now? For his part, Finn is also trying to talk her out of throwing her life away. “Do not make any rash decisions tonight,” he urges.

Austin was rushed to the hospital after being hooked, but luckily, he survived since Heather didn’t put any venom on the weapon this time. As Felicia sits by his bedside, she remarks, “A little late to do a follow-up house call.” Is Austin trying to get back to Ava before he’s fully healed?

After finally confessing that Trina could be Curtis’ daughter, Portia is spending her wedding night alone. But while Curtis is keeping his distance from the woman who lied to and betrayed him, Taggert stops by the honeymoon suite to warn his ex that nothing is going to change how he feels. “I am Trina’s dad,” he declares.

Not wanting to go home, Trina agreed to let Spencer take her to stay with Ava at Wyndemere only to find that Spoon Island is the site of a dangerous hostage situation! “I need to be on that island immediately!” Spencer insists to Jordan. But will she let him anywhere near an active crime scene?

The boat took a gravely wounded Austin back to the mainland but a pregnant Esme is stuck on Spoon Island about to give birth in Wyndemere. “This baby is coming now,” Kevin informs a worried Laura as Esme lays on the couch panicking.

And while Heather has been taken into custody, Ryan remains on the loose. But on the grounds of Wyndemere, Ava hopes to put an end to his reign of terror once and for all. However, Ryan warns that’s not possible. “You’re not done with me yet,” he taunts.
