General Hospital Spoilers 2/27/24: Nina Fights for Her Marriage!

Relationships are on shaky ground in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL! Kristina worries about Blaze and her mom, Spinelli makes a heartfelt confession to Maxie, Carly gives Drew an ultimatum, and Nina demands the truth from Sonny!

When her mom found her with Kristina, Blaze initially tried to claim they were just friends, but she ultimately decided to tell the truth. So afterward, Kristina worries she regrets her decision. “Are you sorry you called me your girlfriend?” she wonders.

After their kiss at karaoke, Spinelli was inspired to finally come clean to Maxie about how he really feels. “I think I’m falling back in love with you, Maxie,” he confesses. The question is, how does Maxie feel about him?

Natalia claims she knows her daughter better than anyone, but Blaze is fed up with the fact that she knows nothing about her at all. So it’s finally time for her to come out. “I have one big reason to tell you everything,” Blaze exclaims with an excited smile. But will Natalia be as happy about her daughter’s new relationship?

Carly wants to put Nina behind her and has been frustrated that Drew seems unable to do the same. “I don’t see how this relationship works if you can’t let go,” she admits, upset. Drew wants to assure Carly he’ll give up on his vendetta against Nina, but is that easier said than done?

Nina was crushed when Diane served her with divorce papers, and couldn’t believe Sonny wouldn’t even talk to her about it. So when he arrived at the Jerome Gallery, Ava left them to have it out in private. “I dare you to tell me that you don’t still love me,” Nina tells Sonny. Of course, the icy expression on his face would seem to indicate there’s no love left! Is this the end of Sonny and Nina?
