GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 2/4/21: Maxie Has a Meltdown!
Emotions are running high in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Chase is hopeful his dad and Jackie can reconcile while Finn still wonders about his brother’s true paternity, Valentin wants answers from Anna, Dante asks Liz for a favor, Jason has a warning for Scotty, Carly wants to keep Nina in the dark, and Maxie breaks down at Nathan’s grave!
While sparring in the boxing ring at the gym with his father, Chase is still optimistic his parents can get things back on track. “There’s still hope for you guys, right?” he asks Gregory. But there’s still Finn’s affair with Jackie hanging over their heads, a one-night stand that also has the doc questioning whether his brother might actually be his son. But is he right to leave that secret alone? “What do I have to gain by knowing?” Finn muses. Should he find out the truth?
Valentin pays Anna a visit looking for an update on the progress of her investigation. “You have answers for me about Dante?” he asks the spy. Meanwhile, having recovered from his accidental overdose when Alexis stabbed him with the syringe, Dante is looking much better and it seems he’s ready to check himself out of the hospital. “Can’t you bend the rules just this once?” he asks Liz.
Jason and Scott have a tense encounter at the Metro Court. “You’re probably gonna forget what you just said,” Jason warns the attorney, “but I won’t.” Yikes! What could Scott have said to set Jason off like this?
The cat is finally out of the bag and Nina now knows that Nelle is her long-lost daughter. However, while Carly was unable to keep that secret under wraps forever, there’s still her involvement in Nelle’s death that she is desperate to hide. “We have to make sure Nina doesn’t push this any further,” she warns Jax. But how does she plan to accomplish that?
On the anniversary of Nathan’s death, the beloved cop is getting many visitors to his grave. “Room for one more?” Britt asks gently. Because Maxie is having a complete meltdown at the cemetery over her relationship with Peter that no one in town seems happy about. “What do I have to do to get some acceptance around here?!” Maxie cries to Nina, who has also come to visit her brother.
