Halloween in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers is going to be extra scary with a serial killer on the loose! The Hook contacts Alexis even as Jordan informs Trina that the killer’s attacks aren’t random and Josslyn calls Cameron, afraid he’s going to be the next victim!

Alexis knew that writing an open letter to The Hook in her paper would stir things up, and now she’s received a reply! “I just got a letter from the hook killer,” she says into the phone as she sits at her desk looking intently at a piece of paper in her hand. Could the message hold a clue to the killer’s identity? Or the identity of their next victim?

As Port Charles celebrates Halloween, Jordan reports to Trina that new evidence has pointed to a possible motive for The Hook’s actions. “It was made very clear that the attacks weren’t random.” Trina tries to put on a brave face as Portia comforts her daughter, but with Trina the common denominator between all the victims, Josslyn becomes immediately worried about someone and places a frantic phone call.

“Cam, call me immediately,” Joss begs as Carly looks on, concerned. “You could be in serious danger!” Meanwhile, Cameron is on the footbridge late at night and turns when he hears a noise in the darkness. Is it Josslyn looking for her boyfriend, or perhaps The Hook taking aim at their next target?
