General Hospital Spoilers: The Hunt Is On!

Esme is on the loose in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, and that’s not all Port Charles has to worry about! Dex is fighting for his life and Michael tries to help Willow find her family… which could get very complicated!

Nikolas had been keeping Esme prisoner in Wyndemere, but she managed to escape. Unfortunately for him, she ran into Elizabeth on her way off the island and now the secret is out! And with news this big, it’s spreading around Port Charles like wildfire! “Esme is in town,” Carly informs a stunned Josslyn. “And she attacked Elizabeth.”

Now that Willow has confessed to Michael that she has leukemia, he has vowed to do whatever it takes to help her beat her battle against cancer. Unfortunately, to protect their unborn child, Willow postponed treatment so long that she’s now in stage four and requires a bone marrow transplant. And as Michael tries to help her locate a blood relative who will be compatible with her for a donation, he discovers two cell phones that deepen the mystery. Of course, Carly knows the truth that could help save Willow’s life, but if she doesn’t know Willow’s life is in jeopardy, she’s not going to say anything!

Josslyn helped stitch up Dex’s bullet wound, but he later popped a stitch and she ended up bringing him back to her dorm room to recover in secret. Unfortunately, his condition has worsened, and as he lies on the floor, Joss frantically tries to find a pulse. Can she save his life without getting him in trouble with the law?

Learning that Esme has resurfaced, Ava is worried that she’s now going to be accused of attempted murder. “We’ve got to find her first!” she insists to Nikolas. Of course, he’s not eager to have Ava get anywhere near Esme because she will then learn that the schemer is pregnant with his baby!

And having recovered from the blow that Esme gave her so she could make her escape, Elizabeth returns to Spoon Island to pay Nikolas a visit and get some answers about what’s really going on. “You know something,” she accuses him. “Where is Esme?”
