GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 4/23/20 — Sonny Is Running Out of Time

Emotions are running high in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers. Brando apologizes, Molly tries to reconnect with TJ, Alexis and Neil ponder their future, Jordan worries about Cyrus while Laura taunts the drug runner, and Carly tries to get Sonny to face the facts when it comes to his father.

At Charlie’s Pub, Sam watches from the bar as Brando tries to make things right with Kristina. “I owe you an apology,” he admits. Meanwhile, Sam and Kristina’s sister is trying to make TJ feel better. “The most romantic words I’ve ever heard,” Molly declares as she takes his face in her hands to kiss him tenderly. Of course, TJ wouldn’t be smiling so much if he knew about Molly and Brando!

Over a meal at the Metro Court, Neil and Alexis take a moment to discuss what the future holds for them. “What’s next for both of us?” she wonders. Can these two possibly make a relationship work with everything working against them?

In her office at the police station, Jordan admits to Curtis, “I have a pretty good idea what Cyrus is planning.” While over at the Metro Court, Cyrus is putting on his best smile as he meets Lulu. But Laura isn’t having any of his attempts at playing nice. “How careless not to have done your research,” the mayor taunts. “I’ve done all of mine on you!”

After visiting Mike in Turning Woods and realizing just how bad his condition has gotten, Sonny is really struggling with accepting that he won’t have much more time with his father. “Do you want me to just let my father die?” he asks Carly. Is there anything she can do to help him cope with his grief?
