GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Tabyana Ali Wrote a Children’s Book!
Fans might be surprised to learn that not only is Tabyana Ali (Trina, GENERAL HOSPITAL) a talented actress, but she’s also a published author! Her children’s book, My Flower Child, featuring illustrations from artist Redrose candyart, is about a mother who expresses the love she has for her daughter.
“Hey everyone,” Ali tweeted, “so excited to announce that My Flower Child is now on Kindle E-book! But sadly, the paperbook won’t be released right now! I’ll let you know when that changes!”
The Kindle edition of My Flower Child is available at Amazon.com for $5.00. And while Ali said that the paperback isn’t out yet, Amazon has it currently listed as in stock at a price of $9.99.
“This book is for mothers and daughters everywhere of all ages,” Ali said of her book when it was first published back in November 2020. “It doesn’t matter if you’re 2 or 102. This book is about the bond between a mother and her daughter and the experiences shared together.
“I hope you enjoy My Flower Child,” she added, “and if you do read it, let me know what you think of it!”
Ali made a big impression on GH viewers when she took over the role of Trina Robinson in March 2022 and was immediately plunged into a frontburner storyline that saw the fan-favorite character going on trial after being framed for a crime she didn’t commit. There’s likely a Daytime Emmy nomination in Ali’s near future, and who knows — maybe even some writing awards as well!
