Andrea Bogart Shares the First Pics of Her New Baby Girl!
When GENERAL HOSPITAL actress Andrea Bogart (ex-Abby) announced the birth of her baby girl on May 31, she happily shared the good news with fans, but didn’t reveal her daughter’s name or share any photos of the newborn. Well, all that has changed with her follow-up post! “We welcomed baby Audrey safely into the world two weeks ago and have been cuddling and soaking up all the goodness at home as a family,” Mom reported. “I thank all of you for the love, congrats, and well-wishes.”
Bogart and husband Erik Almas already have a daughter, Emerie, who recently turned four and looks to be enjoying her new role as big sister to Audrey. “Em has named her ‘Lollipop and is full of sister sweetness,” the GH alum revealed. And the new mom is thankful for everyone who helped bring her precious bundle of joy into the world.
“Baby girl’s divine timing aligned with my husband Erik and doula Kate Coletti’s incredible support helped me more than I could possibly express,” Bogart revealed. “They took me powerfully through fear, doubt, and reminded me what I’m capable of. We have been doing great. I’m eternally grateful for our journey and blessings and all the tremendous help we’ve had from our nurses, my delivering doctor, my IVF doctor, my parents, all our family, our nanny, and friends.”
Bogart is overjoyed to have added Audrey to the family and her heart positively bursts when she sees her little girls together. “I don’t think anything could prepare us for the gratitude of miracles we feel when we look at these two,” she confided.
