Hudson West Returns to GENERAL HOSPITAL!
Liz has been spending a lot of time with Finn but we haven’t seen her with her boys on GENERAL HOSPITAL in quite a while. And while Cameron is still out of town, viewers are going to see Jake back on screen again!
Back on July 13, when a fan asked Hudson West (Jake) when he was going to be on GH, the actor replied: “Soon.” Now, that’s all tremendously vague, but now, in its new issue, Soap Opera Digest is reporting that West will be appearing as Jake in scenes with Liz and Austin the week of Aug. 21!
It’s a bit odd that Jake will be talking with Austin, and not Finn, given Liz’s rekindled romance with the doc. Because we’re sure the kid has something to say about his mom’s latest romance. But we’ll just have to wait and see how the scenes play out!
West took over the role of Jake from James Nigbor in April 2016 and has continued to appear as Liz and Jason’s son ever since as fans have watched the boy grow into a young man on camera. The last time West appeared on screen was in March 2023 when Jake joined the rest of his family in wishing Cameron well when he went off to school.
Now we just need Enzo De Angelis back on the soap as Aiden and William Lipton as Cameron! Well, maybe Jake and Aiden will get together again to welcome Cameron home from school one day!
