Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari Welcome a Beautiful Baby Boy!
Please join us in congratulating ALL MY CHILDREN alum Josh Duhamel (Leo) and his wife, Audra Mari, on the birth of their son, Shepherd Lawrence Duhamel, who entered the world on Jan. 11, 2024! The couple shared the blessed news in a joint Instagram post featuring a close-up black-and-white photo of their baby boy’s feet.
Duhamel began dating model and host Mari back in 2018, and the couple announced their engagement in January 2022. They tied the knot in September 2022 and one year later, announced that they were expecting their first child together. Duhamel already has one son, 10-year-old Axl, with his first wife, Fergie.
Duhamel kicked off his acting career when he was cast as Leo du Pres on AMC in 1999 and earned three Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor during his run, taking home the trophy in 2002. When he left the soap in 2002, his character was killed off, but he reprised the role in 2011 to appear to Greenlee in a dream as AMC was wrapping up its run on ABC.
After leaving daytime, Duhamel found success in primetime, starring in the NBC series LAS VEGAS, as well as on the big screen in movies like Win a Date With Tad Hamilton!, Turistas, and Transformers. More recently, the actor could be seen starring opposite Jennifer Lopez in the film Shotgun Wedding and hosted the CBS reality competition series BUDDY GAMES.
The comments on Mari and Duhamel’s birth announcement Instagram post quickly filled with love from friends and fans, including his former AMC co-star Rebecca Budig (Greenlee), who wrote: “Congratulations!” followed by a trio of heart emojis.
