GENERAL HOSPITAL Recasts Georgie Again

Georgie is going to have a different look on GENERAL HOSPITAL, but her new face is going to look pretty familiar to fans because it’s actually her old face!

Soap Opera Digest is reporting in their new issue that Lily Fisher is returning to the role of Maxie’s daughter the week of Oct. 30, which means that Eden Harker, who took over starting back in July, is out.

Georgie’s life has been complicated from before she was born, with Dante and Lulu believing that Maxie was acting as their surrogate, not realizing that the baby she was carrying was really her own after a one-night stand with Spinelli!

Upon the baby’s birth in 2013, Georgie was actually played by Harper Barash, Kirsten Storms’ (Maxie) real-life daughter with ex-husband Brandon Barash. Fisher first appeared back in 2017 just in time for Maxie’s wedding to Nathan. However, in July 2023, the role was recast with Eden Harker.

Georgie has been dealing with her new living situation and not getting along great with baby brother James, but with Danny Morgan now being recast, perhaps he and Georgie might start sharing some scenes together? Maybe Jake and Charlotte won’t be the only young love story on GH!
