GH’s Haley Pullos to Serve Jail Time for DUI
A year after Haley Pullos (ex-Molly, General Hospital) was arrested for DUI and causing a near-fatal crash while driving the wrong way down the freeway in Pasadena, the actress has pleaded no contest and will serve 90 days in jail.
People is reporting that her sentencing is scheduled for July 29, and in addition to 90 days in jail, Pullos will serve five years probation, 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in restitution to Courtney Wilder, the driver of the other car involved in the crash.
Although Pullos originally pled not guilty to the felony DUI charges in June 2023, by March 2024, she was reportedly working on a plea deal to plead guilty in exchange for a lesser sentence. “Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety,” her attorney, Mark Daniel, said.
Shortly after the crash, in May 2023, Pullos was reportedly seen entering rehab at the Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center. It was around this time that the actress announced that she was going to be taking some time off from the role of Molly Lansing that she had been playing since 2009 in order to recover from her car accident.
The role was temporarily recast with Holiday Mia Kriegel and Brook Anne Smith before Kristen Vaganos stepped in to take over as Molly. She continues to play the character to this day.
