General Hospital Spoilers 3/1/22: Liz Gets a Fright!

Prepare for anything in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Drew is in agreement, Finn and Chase put their heads together, Marshall and Stella clash, Curtis catches up with Nina, Willow takes charge, Olivia and Sam show Carly a good time, and Liz gets a scare in her own home!

It may have been a bit of an adjustment returning from the “dead” and resuming his life in Port Charles, but it looks like Drew is doing much better these days. “I feel exactly the same way,” he happily informs someone.

Caught in the middle of Marshall and Curtis, Stella continues struggling to maintain an uneasy peace. But it’s not easy! “Are you out of your damn mind?!” she asks, irritated. And Marshall has a realization of his own. “Curtis put you up to this, didn’t he?” he suggests.

But Curtis is also getting caught up in the drama surrounding Nina and her involvement in the end of Sonny and Carly’s marriage. But first, he needs to know exactly what she’s gotten herself into. “What is going on with you,” he asks, “and does it have to do with Sonny?”

It appears that Willow has finally decided to make a stand. “I think now is the time,” she informs Michael as they stand in the hospital corridor. But as he says, “Time for what?” Just what does she have in mind?

With Carly’s life having been turned upside down by Nina and Sonny, Olivia and Sam step in to try and cheer their friend up with an outing that will let her blow off some steam — hatchet throwing! “Are we really doing this?” Carly wonders aloud as they enter the place. Just imagine Nina’s face on the target!

After Finn offered Chase some advice about his problems with Brook Lynn, he casually mentioned what Liz has been going through with the mysterious notes and reminders of Franco. And while Chase may not technically be on the PCPD right now, he’s still more than happy to help solve the mystery. “Well then, what are we doing to do about it?” he asks his brother. And returning home to find Franco’s painting of her upon the mantle, Liz is already put on edge so when someone puts their hand on her shoulder, she spins around with fear in her eyes and panic in her heart!
