General Hospital Spoilers 3/7/24: What Is Jason up To?

The truth is out there in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL, but will anyone find it? Chase offers Brook Lynn an out, Maxie wants the truth from Spinelli, Sam is hopeful, Laura shares her plan with Drew and Carly, John is eager to examine the evidence, and Sonny and Ava wonder why Jason has returned!

With their wedding approaching, things are getting more and more complicated for Chase and Brook Lynn. “It’s not too late for you to say this isn’t the life that you want,” he assures her. Can she handle being the wife of a cop whose life is constantly on the line?

Maxie went to Spinelli’s to talk about things between them, but he’s preoccupied by the shocking sight he witnessed in the footage he captured from the warehouse for Sonny. “Who, exactly, did you see on the screen?” she demands to know.

With Dante in surgery after being shot in the chest, Sam is trying to hold it together while she waits for hopefully good news. “Help is… on the way,” she tells someone on the phone.

It looks like Laura is offering to help Drew and Carly. “May I suggest that we divide and conquer?” she says. Drew smirks in response as Carly still looks concerned. What are they hoping to accomplish together?

Agent Cates is also eager to get a look at what Spinelli recorded of the incident with his cameras. “Show me what’s on that footage,” he orders. Can Spinelli find a way to trick John and not show him the truth?

Because the truth is already starting to turn Port Charles upside down! Having shown Sonny the images of Jason very much alive and at the warehouse, Ava fears the worst. “What if he’s come back to take you out?” she worries. Would Sonny believe Jason is capable of turning on him like that?
