Georgie has returned to GENERAL HOSPITAL for another visit and the adorable little girl is still being played by child actress Lily Fisher. However, when the baby was a toddler, Georgie was played by Harper Barash, Kirsten Storms’ real-life daughter with ex-husband Brandon Barash. The role was recast in 2017 when Fisher played the grown-up Georgie in time for her mommy’s wedding.
When Georgie was born in August 2013, Maxie Jones was acting as a surrogate for her best friend, Lulu Falconeri, who was unable to carry her own child with husband Dante Falconeri. But what she hadn’t told her pal was that she had miscarried their baby and then got pregnant with her own after a one-night stand with Damian Spinelli! This led to a vicious custody battle where Dante and Lulu fought Maxie and Spinelli for the little girl. In the end, the judge awarded full custody to Spinelli, and Maxie was forbidden to see her own daughter. Thankfully, the following year, Maxie’s case was revisited and she was finally granted visitation rights to Georgie, who had moved to Seattle with Spinelli and Ellie Trout.
In 2017, Georgie returned to Port Charles with her daddy to attend her mommy’s wedding to Nathan West. And the following year, Spinelli brought Georgie for another visit to help cheer up Maxie, who was mourning her husband’s death.
In January 2020, Spinelli once again surprised Maxie by dropping in on her at work with Georgie, explaining that they were back in Port Charles because Ellie had a job interview nearby and that they may be moving back there. Which would be great because then James could get to know his big sister better!
